The Challenge

Spearhead the strategic execution of Africa’s inaugural Crypto Festival. The objective was to launch a landmark, 1,000+ attendee event that would establish a reproducible, foundational model for regional protocol adoption and ecosystem expansion.

  • Led end-to-end event planning and operations from concept through delivery, managing all timelines, vendors, partners and speakers logistics
  • Oversaw attendee experience from pre-event emails to ticketing and registration through to on-ground flow and crowd management

The Challenge

Design and execute a national blockchain conference from the ground up , managing end-to-end logistics for attendees, coordinating travel, venue, vendors and scheduling across 10 startup teams and investors, ensuring a seamless experience from pre-event planning through live day operations to post-event closeout.

  • Managed all pre-event logistics including venue coordination, attendee travel arrangements, and stakeholder scheduling across startups, investors, and ecosystem leaders
  • Served as the on-ground point of contact during the event, ensuring smooth flow from registration through pitch sessions to Demo Day closing
